Stuffed peppers

Mind blowing organic stuffed peppers, prepared in traditional clay cookware on coals!

Our chef Mr.Ramsay the Owl sent us to find some rare Amanita caesarea, so we can use it to make our best breakfast!

Wolf’s Steak

Wood was too wet to start a fire, so used old trick that involves getting some wolf fur. The trick worked so we were able to prepare our special steak! 

Best sarma ever – feat. Mr.Ramsay the Owl

We took some fresh organic horseradish leaves, free-range beef mince and organic veggies to make the perfect sarma! With this dish also served our free-range sheep’s fermented milk.

Chicken wrap

Handmade coal baked tortilla filled with juicy grilled chicken + refreshing cheery tomatoes salsa and goat sour milk sauce with special purple peppers to spice up this wonderful wrap!

Pork skewers – feat. Mr.Ramsay the Owl

Coal baked skewers with different fresh veggies and organic pork that is marinated in wild chokeberries.

The best burger

The secret is in our special fermentation technique that we used to make the free-range buffalo mince even better.

Wasp honey dessert

The day was too hot to start a fire so we chose more simple recipe, yet with very rare ingredient – wasp honey.
