Best Breakfast - feat. Mr. Ramsay the Owl
Hi and welcome to AlmazanKitchen!

The best way to start a day is The Best Breakfast in the World! Nourishing, full of energy and vitamins. Proteins and carbohydrates needed to dominate your day are included! Our chef Mr. Ramsay the Owl sent us to find some rare Amanita Caesarea, so we can use it to make our best breakfast and share it with you!

You will need this ingredients:

  • Amanita Caesarea + other wild mushrooms
  • 1 special organic tomato
  • 1 homemade sausage
  • 200g soaked beans
  • 1 free-range egg
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red chili
  • handful of parsley
  • bread, salt, olive oil, oil.



  1. Prepare your cutting board.
  2. Slice & chop 1 onion.
  3. Preheat the pan. Add some veg. oil.
  4. Toss chopped onions into the pan.
  5. Fry for a bit.
  6. Slice 1 red chili and toss it into the pan.
  7. Add 200g of soaked beans into the pan.
  8. Mix well and fry for a few minutes.
  9. Salt it. Mix and fry a bit more again.
  10. Transfer on the cutting board. Let it rest for now.


  1. Slice the mushrooms.
  2. Toss the mushrooms into the pan.
  3. Fry for few minutes.
  4. Salt it. Mix and fry a little bit more.
  5. Transfer mushrooms on the leaf plate.

Egg time:

  1. Preheat the grill cage.
  2. Preheat the pan. Add some oil.
  3. Crack 1 or 2 free-range eggs.
  4. Fry few minutes until ready.
  5. Transfer egg on preheated grill cage.
  6. Coal fry a little bit.
  7. Move the egg to the cutting board with beans.

Homemade sausage:

  1. Put the homemade sausage on the skewers.
  2. Place the sausage on the grill.
  3. Grill 5 min. flip halfway.
  4. Make small cuts from both sides.
  5. Grill for 5 min. more.
  6. Transfer to the cutting board.

Crispy bread:

  1. Slice the bread.
  2. Cook on coals until crispy.
  3. Transfer to the cutting board.

Final steps:

  1. Slice 1 special organic tomato.
  2. Transfer to the cutting board.
  3. Slice & chop 1/2 of onion.
  4. Place above tomato slices.
  5. Chop fresh handful of parsley.
  6. Cover whole dish with parsley.
  7. Enjoy! Bon Almazan!
