Something weird is happening in our woods…. Wait…? Is it a sacrifice ritual for Mother Nature? Mr. Chicken offered himself as a victim, however in the last moment he flinched, but no one can escape Boki if everything is decided! Marvelous crispy whole chicken grilled on fire using ancient technique, under awesome marinade with many spices! Delicious! A fruitful and prosperous year guaranteed!

You will need these ingredients:

  • whole chicken
  • dried chili, mustard seeds, paprika, soy sauce, coconut bloodsauce
  • AlmazanKitchen original cookware and utensils (optional)

Steps:

  1. Grind 3 dried chilies, 2 tbsp. of mustard seeds, 2 tbsp. of paprika powder, 2tbsp. of soy sauce and coconut blood sauce in the mortar using pestle.
  2. Rub the chicken with spice mix well from all sides.
  3. Make a special grilling device, attach chicken to it and grill for 10-15 min constantly flipping it so it will not burn.
  4. Enjoy! Bon Almazan!
