Today’s video is very unusual not only because of greatest goulash in the world, made from the fresh juicy cut of meat with simple yet very awesome spice mix under the red paprika coating served in the eatable bread “bowl”, but also because of unique experience we willing to share with you. Do you ever wanted to see through our eyes? Now it’s a time! Brand new level of cooking shows!

You will need this ingredients:

  • 500g beef cut
  • onions, garlic cloves
  • bay leaves, dried chilies, rosemary, cloves, caraway, allspice
  • flour, paprika
  • oil, handful of fresh parsley
  • AlmazanKitchen original cookware and utensils (optional)

Steps:

  1. Dice 500g of fresh beef.
  2. Fill the pot with water and place to boil on fire.
  3. Slice 3-4 onions into medium pieces.
  4. Preheat the pan, grease with oil.
  5. Toss the meat and onions into the pan, stir fry until crispy golden brown.
  6. Add 3-4 garlic cloves.
  7. Water already should boil, transfer everything from the pan into the pot.
  8. Add 2-3 bay leaves, dried chilies, stick of rosemary, 2-3 cloves, 1 tsp. of caraway and 1 tsp. of allspice. Cover the pot with lid and leave on fire for a while.
  9. Take the bread and slice the top from it and remove the soft part to make a good “bowl” shape. Warm the bread on coals.
  10. Preheat the pan, grease with oil.
  11. Mix 1 tbsp. of flour with 1 tbsp. of paprika and 2 tsp. of oil in the pan. Add some water, slow cook until rich consistency. Transfer to the pot and mix well. Slow cook the goulash until ready.
  12. Serve in the bread bowl, finish off with handful of fresh chopped parsley.
