1. Shipping Policy
All packages are processed, dispatched and handled to the shipping service provider from our side in 1-3 business days.
Standard shipping method delivery can take up to 30 business days, which depends on the recipient’s country package handler. Up-to-date tracking is not guaranteed to be up to date after the package leaves Hungary.
Premium shipping method delivery can take up to 10 business days.
Shipping doesn’t include any additional taxes which can be implied by the customer’s Country laws. The expenses of customers who refuse to pay such taxes and for that reason fail to collect their ordered goods, will not be refunded.
Almazan Kitchen DOO doesn’t bear any responsibility for the wrong shipping address or missed delivery.
If the recipient/buyer of the goods doesn’t accept the package upon arrival or doesn’t pick-up the package from the post office before the latter initiates the return process of the goods – the expenses of the second and all the following (if necessary) resending processes of the package must be covered from the recipient’s/buyer’s side.
The buyer bears full responsibility for providing the correct address which is entered in the Billing/Shipping address form.
If the return of the package is initiated by the reason of the wrong address provided by the buyer – the second and all the following (if necessary) resending processes of the package must be covered from the recipient’s/buyer’s side.
2. Cancellation Policy
Once the order is placed (when the payment is completed and money is deducted from your bank account) it automatically goes to the processing stage, after that cancellation of the order is not possible, only returns and refunds with the conditions as follows.
3. Returns Policy
You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Refunds Policy
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If the event of the return of the package, mentioned in the 1. article of the Terms and Conditions, occurs and the buyer refuses to cover/pay for the resending of the package with the following request for the refund – the first shipping expenses shall be deducted from the refunded total amount.
5. Return Shipping Policy
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT – PANDEMIC DECLARED BY World Health Organisation (WHO)
Due to the pandemic announced on 10 March 2020 in connection with the spread of coronavirus, we have to inform our customers that we shall process all our orders timely, but once we hand them over to the shipping agency, we shall not be able to guarantee the time of arrival of packages to the final destinations, as airlines are canceling flights and it is possible that the delivery will take more time.
