Authentic spring rolls wrapped in rice paper. You wanted to see what you eat? Now you can do it with help of rice paper wraps! We also can call this spring rolls a Glass Spring Roll! Very refreshing & light filling made of fresh veggies, plus some proteins from the chicken and carbs from the rice paper we wrapped everything in! The best dish where you have everything needed for the good balanced meal! To finish off the dish we made the marvelous sweet & sour sauce with some fresh dill. Is there anything that canmake this scenery even better? For sure! Warm winter day out in the forest with our small, sneaky but still lovely friend! Enjoy and share!
You will need this ingredients:
- 300g chicken breast
- carrot, cucumber, bell peppers, chili peppers, ginger
- handful of fresh dill
- rice paper
- salt, honey, oil
- AlmazanKitchen original cookware and utensils (optional)
- Slice cucumber and carrot into strips.
- Remove the seeds from bell peppers, slice into strips.
- Remove the seeds from chili peppers then slice & dice them.
- Slice the ginger.
- Make 300g of chicken breast into medium (or minor if you like it small in your dish) pieces by cutting it open firstly, then slicing it.
- Preheat the pan, grease with oil.
- Fry the chicken pieces with ginger until ready, do not forget to salt it and stir while cooking.
- Deglaze leftovers in the pan with water, now you’ve got the good sauce, pour it on the chicken and ginger.
Sweet & sour sauce:
- Preheat the pan, add some oil.
- Toss the sliced & diced chilies into the pan.
- Add 1 tbsp. of honey and 1 hand of water. Mix well.
- Slow cook for a while until rich consistency.
- Chop handful of fresh dill and mix it with sauce.
- Soak the rice paper rounds in the water.
- Put all filling on the soaked rice paper.
- Wrap it!
- Use the sweet& sour sauce with your rolls and….
